iPhone 11 – The fact that the iPhone brand has a lot of fans and has made a name for themselves in the smart phone market is no more news.
For a while now, there has been a lot of anticipation around the new line up of iphones to hit the market and when the phones where finally released in mid September 2019, the iphone customers were not disappointed at all.
The iPhone 11 is readily available in Nigeria and they are priced at about ₦255,000 for the 64GB model, ₦274,000 for the 128GB model, and ₦310,000 for the 256GB model.
We will now go on to discuss the features and specifications of this amazing phone so you know what to expect when you purchase it.
The iPhone 11 boasts of a 6.1 inch IPS Display, 828 x 1792 pixels with 19.5:9 ratio (~326 ppi). It also features a Liquid Retina IPS Display, 16M colours, HDR10 and 625 nits. It gets better as the phone is fitted with a Scratch Resistant Glass with Oleo phobic Coating so your phone will remain new.
The lovely phone is also equipped with an Apple A13 Bionic (7 nm+) and iOS 13 with 4GB RAM. When it comes to built in storage the phone is available in 64GB / 128GB / 256GB models. The camera of this device is also superb as you get a 12MP + 12MP Dual Rear Cameras as well as Dual Selfie Cameras – 12MP + ToF 3D sensor.
The battery quality is also okay as the phone is fitted with a Non-removable 3110 mAh Li-ion Battery which also supports Fast Battery Charging (18W). The lovely device also supports Qi Wireless Charging and is available in different colurs which are black, white, yellow, purple, green and red.
Design and Display
The tech giant has maintained their philosophy of providing their customers with premium design and the iPhone 11 is not an exception. With the iPhone 11 you get a front and black glass panel which was not even obtainable with the iPhone XR. The glass panels are put together with an aluminium frame.
The front of the phone has a Liquid Retina IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen of 6.1 inches which gives 828 x 1792 pixels resolution.
The iPhone 11 still comes with a notch so if you are one of those who are not fans of such a notch then maybe this device is not for you. Nevertheless, if you still decide to brave it and go for it anyway, you’ll find that you will still be able to enjoy 79% of the screen to the body of the device.
The notch found in the iPhone 11 houses the selfie camera, sensors and speakerphone. Placed at the base of the phone is the Lightning port on a USB 2.0 protocol, a speakerphone grille and a microphone port too. At the sides, you’ll find the power button, volume rocker and dedicated mute/ unmute button.
Flip the phone and you’ll find the new camera housing unit that has two fairly large lenses in it. You’ll also see a dedicated LED flash for your super clear and sharp pictures.
Another wonderful thing about the iphone 11 is that there are many colours for you to choose from which are Black, Green, Yellow, Purple, Red and White.
Now let us look at the Camera quality. A lot of people are always curious about the camera quality of a phone because let’s face it, we are all picture freaks inside and even if you don’t like the title, you can’t say no to clear and sharp pictures. Hence we are going to discuss the camera of the iPhone 11 properly.
Beginning from the front cameras, the iPhone 11 is fitted with dual camera sensors which comprises of a 12 megapixels snapper and a ToF 3D sensor. They are also equipped with a HDR. All these work together to give you wonderful selfies.

Hardware, Software and Other Features
Apple manufactures their chipsets and for the iPhone 11 there is the in-house A13 Bionic chip made with a 7nm+ process. The chip working together with the special design of the all-new iOS 13 is super amazing.
As regards the built-in storage, the phone comes in three models and that is the 64GB built-in storage, 128GB built-in storage, and 256GB built-in storage. So you have to select which one works best for you. Despite the different built-in storage, all the models of iPhone 11 comes with 4GB RAM. As is the case with iPhones, there is no microSD card slot.
When it comes to the number of SIMs that the iPhone supports, that depends on different markets. While there are some that support one SIM, there are some that support dual SIM technology.
Another interesting fact about the iPhone 11 is that it is fitted with a scratch-resistant glass and oleo phobic coating on the front/back glass panels so your phone won’t get smeared, scratched or damaged easily.
